Pancake roll stuffed with scrambled eggs and herring
Delicious cold appetizer will decorate any table! Pancakes, cream cheese, omelets and herring! Preparation requires slowness and patience, as pancakes and scrambled eggs included in the roll, rather delicate and could easily tear, but if you try, the result is your diligence!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Herring

    0.5 piece

  • Cream cheese

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm milk, stir egg, oil, salt and sugar. Add the flour and the yeast, knead the dough without lumps and leave in a warm to tapuzina.

Bake pancakes on both sides, cool.

In the same pan to prepare the omelet (ingredients given on 2 PCs) as soon as the top hardens, the omelet is ready, allow to cool slightly in the pan, then remove.
