Despite its simplicity, this dish turns out very tender and tasty, slices of chicken fillet languish in a wonderful sauce and the result - useful, diet chicken.

Cooking
Chicken fillet recapture, to lay out a 1/2 sheet of paper for roasting Caesar, cover the second half of the sheet, press with palm.

While preparing chicken, make the sauce 1 egg yolk, 150 ml milk and 2 tsp of corn starch.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Boil, stirring constantly until it thickens. Adjust consistency to taste by adding as needed extra milk or water.
Prepared chicken fillet cut into pieces the size of "one bite".
In the prepared sauce, put the chopped fillet, cover with a lid and then on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot as a snack with vegetables.
