Description
If you are tired of the usual Breakfast eggs, prepare the baked eggs. The name comes from the word "bowl", the bowl in which the dish is cooked. You can use small cups or molds. Add to baked eggs with different toppings to taste. I offer the option of buckwheat and mushrooms. It's delicious, in the allotment was prepared twice already.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils.
Pour the hot cream and stir.
Molds smear a little butter. Put several plates of fungi. In the photo one portion without mushrooms for a child.
Put the oat mixture into each mold, making a small indentation.
Break into each mold an egg. Salt and pepper to taste (I salt).
Cook eggs-co in a water bath or simply baked in the oven. For the water bath, place the ramekins on a baking sheet. Pour into baking pan of hot water so that it covers only one third of the molds and put in preheated oven.
