Cooking
Mushrooms finely chop and fry with chopped onion until almost cooked.
Add the mushrooms to soy sauce and black pepper, simmer until ready, if necessary, a little salt. Cool.

Again vystelim one part of the filling and cover with dough. The third layer is placed on the dough with the remaining stuffing and cover with the dough.
Assembled pie to pierce to the bottom with a fork over the entire area. If your form is leaking, wrap it with foil.
Egg, yolk and cream, whisk. Add a very little soda water and stir.
To cover the whole pie filling and bake it in heated to 180"With the oven for 40-45 minutes.
