Description
Casserole in Riga is rich, soft, airy and tasty dish. Cooking is very simple! The beet taste is not felt. The soy sauce added instead of salt for flavor.

Cooking
1. Grind 4 yolks with 2 tablespoons of butter.
2. Add crushed crackers and stir. Crackers can be replaced by a crumb of white bread, soaked and squeezed from water.

5... 3 tablespoons of sour cream, a few raw eggs and pepper to taste, stir.
6. Added "light" soy sauce.
7. Carefully stir the mixture and spread beet mixture in a greased with butter baking dish or pan. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes. Then check on a dry match. If the dish is ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese and 1-2 minutes in the oven.
