Roasted salmon with potatoes
The recipe was pozaimstvovala from one German site, but I had to change something, it turned out very tasty, fast, delicious. In parallel I will try to tell you how it was in the original, maybe someone will benefit. So:

Ingredients

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, wash, slice lengthwise slices. Salmon fillet cut into cubes, chop onions.

The oil in the frying pan, add the potatoes and fry until Golden brown for about 7-8 minutes

Add the onions, stir, then fish. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, shred the paprika along a thin stripes and in the pan. Fry for another 2 minutes. The original Chicoree salad, I at this moment was not, the paprika taste is not spoiled.

In a small sauce pan pour the cream, add the mustard, mix well, bring to a boil. Ready.

Immediately put on a plate. Cover with sauce, sprinkle with petrushechka. The original recipe calls for the sauce to be poured into a pan and bring to a boil.
