Fish in Spanish
Thanks to the contest on our table now often present fish and seafood... a Recipe from "Peasant" 19... a year.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    900 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Corn flakes

    1 cup

Fish cut into large pieces, boil them in strong broth with the addition of wine, 5-7 minutes. Onions and mushrooms and season with salt and saute in oil 5 minutes, turn off the heat and add the chopped greens, the more the better.

In the form put a layer of fish, then mushrooms with herbs and another layer of fish. Salt more broth, if necessary, and fill in the form to the top layer of fish. Top to fill with corn flakes. Cover the form with foil.

Bake in the oven at 180* for 15-20 minutes. The last 5 minutes without the foil.
