Cooking
Boil the beans after soaking it for about 3 hours. Drain the broth. Cool. Salt is not necessary.
Dice the cucumbers, cheese,
Combine all the ingredients with the beans. Chop the greens. To grate a piece of ginger and add to the beans. Mustard, oil and lemon juice, stir well and season salad. Add to taste black pepper or red. Bon appetit!
