Pudding batter with cherries
Delicious! Very. Juicy berry in juice and crunchy sugar crust... And a set of products is minimal.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Cherry sprinkle with sugar. Add the flour and lemon zest. Gently stir with a spoon. Put the mixture into a baking pan.

Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Separately, combine milk and melted butter. Stirring constantly the milk, stir into it the dry ingredients and whisk to obtain a homogeneous dough.

Spoon the batter on top of berries. Mix the remaining sugar with nutmeg and sprinkle on surface of pudding.

Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 50 minutes (to form a Golden, crisp crust).
