Quickmake is hot cakes of unleavened dough, folded twice, with any filling, be it potato, onion, wheat porridge with butter, pumpkin puree, Mac and many more options! It zamechatelnoe dish of Tatar cuisine came to our family from my mother's best friend - tatarochki by! In her honor I call these Quickmake!

Cooking
Finely chop the onion, saute it in butter until Golden brown.
Boil the potatoes with salt. Of boiled potatoes make puree.
In ready mashed potatoes add fried onion, dill, 50 g butter, 100 ml milk.
Mix all. Filling for quickmake ready!
To the milk add eggs, a little salt and flour. Knead the dough. It is stretchy and manageable.
Thinly, thinly roll out the dough.
Cut out circles of the desired size. I cut a saucer, the diameter of which is 18 cm Round thin zagotovochki put on a plate, do not forget to sprinkle flour between them, so as not stuck together (I forgot the flour, and the last 5 pieces I have grappled tightly, do not repeat my mistake :) )
Ready-made cakes fry on a dry (!!!) a pan without adding any oil! Flapjack covered with bubbly, and you'll see the Golden dots, so ready!
Fried tortillas, top lubricated with melted butter.
