Cooking
Onions and carrots clean, wash, cut into small pieces and sauté in vegetable oil until soft.
Liver washed, cut into small pieces and scroll in a blender (before cooking the liver, I soaked it in milk).
To the onions with carrots to add scrolled liver, salt, pepper, Bay leaf and water. Mix well.
Simmer on low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
Potatoes cleaned, boil to make a thick puree. Cool.
In mashed potatoes add the liver mixture (Bay leaves removed), add the softened butter, mix well.
Beat with a blender until smooth.
