Cooking
the meat is cut into layers
onion grate or chop blender
mushrooms sauté in butter
each piece of meat to RUB onion gruel
put the mushrooms and cubes of cheese
roll all rolls and place in a baking dish
sour cream diluted with warm water, a little salt and pour our rolls(I had the mushrooms-they can be sprinkled on top)
put into the oven for 1 hour(temp. 200g)
