Dish for lazy - chicken in "the hole" with vegetables. Simple and delicious!

Everything you need for the sauce
mix mustard, soy sauce, Khmeli-suneli, mayonnaise, honey and crushed garlic
daubed our "beauty" from all sides and inside (leave some sauce for vegetables)
and put it in a "sleeve" for frying.
All raised home vegetables thoroughly wash with brush, dry it, cut into big pieces (WITH the PEEL), sprinkle with salt and mix with the remaining sauce
laying to the chicken, "sleeve" ties with both sides, do the top with scissors a few cuts steam to escape and bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 210*
While the chicken is baking, go about their business. And you can make a seasoning for vegetables - tzatziki. For this we need: cucumber, low fat cottage cheese, sour cream or natural yoghurt (without additives),vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
1/3 of a cucumber finely chop, add 1/2 tsp of salt, stir. After 2 minutes, pour the resulting juice,
add to the cucumbers 2 tbsp cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt, 1 tbsp raises. oil, 1/2 tsp vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Who likes to go for the gusto, you can add crushed garlic.
All mix well. The tzatziki is ready.
After 1 hour remove the chicken from the oven, cut the top part "sleeves", turn off the oven and put chicken in it for 10-15 minutes (how to survive family members gathered at a table).
Take our beautiful, stacked with vegetables on a platter and pour the resulting juice. Tzatziki served separately.
Tzatziki can be used with boiled or baked potatoes. We are on the street selling baked potatoes with different sauces, including this one. This is so good - hot potatoes with the sauce, especially if it's cold outside! :-P
