Berry-orange cupcakes with osanami cereal

Cooking

step-0
Stir flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
step-1
Oat flakes pour kefir and leave for 10 minutes.
step-2
Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice out of it (should be 100 ml).
step-3
Add the orange vegetable oil, egg and unrefined Demerara sugar TM Mistral, which gives the unique caramel flavor baked goods.
step-4
Mix well.
step-5
Add the soaked in yogurt oatmeal and flour mixture and lightly whisk, just a minute, until a homogeneous mass.
step-6
Put frozen berries and stir gently.
step-7
Ready put the dough in greased muffin tins.
step-8
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 40 minutes. I got 6 fairly large muffins. If you take small molds, it will be 12 pieces. Then the baking time should be reduced to 20-25 minutes.
step-9
That's all. The cupcakes are ready.
step-10
You can brew coffee or tea and enjoy.
step-11
Bon appetit!
