Cake chocolate-peanut
Easy to prepare, gentle in taste, aromatic and full-bodied. I baked this cake specially for Masha ( manusa) on the day of her birth! Congratulations, my dear friend!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa beverage

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Pasta, peanut

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

For the cake whisk to mix the yogurt with the sugar and vegetable oil, add the cocoa beverage and stir. Sift on top the flour with the semolina, cocoa and baking soda, quickly and thoroughly stir with a whisk.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Do not overdry.

Ready cake to cool on the grill and often to pierce a round stick.

Dipping dilute condensed milk with boiled water and add alcohol to taste – cream liqueur or brandy. Pour evenly over the cake and allow to absorb.

Beat with a mixer the milk, peanut butter and butter low until smooth and splendor.

Cover the cake and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.

Remove and cover top with whipped powdered sugar cream. Put into the refrigerator for another half hour.

Before serving, decorate according to their abilities. I just sprinkled grated milk and dark chocolate.
