Description
Interesting and colorful snack "Traffic light" is made from eggplant, tomato, red bell pepper, onion, herbs and sunflower oil "Oleyna" with olive. Great idea supply snacks for the festive table.

Cooking
Ingredients.
Finely chop the onion.
Cut eggplant into small cubes.
Tomatoes and red bell pepper cut into cubes.
Fry the onions in sunflower oil with olive "Oleyna".
Add the eggplant, season with salt and roast until tender (about 15 minutes). Finely chop a clove of garlic and add to the finished eggplant.
On a flat dish put the eggplant, smooth, to make 3 round deepening (using a thin glass).
To put in the holes of the tomatoes with red bell pepper, canned corn and chopped greens.
