Pork bavarois
Recipe from "Eat at home" in my processing.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Onion

  • Bacon

    75 g

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Quince

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onion cut into half rings. Bacon to fry in a pan, add onion, fry until transparent. Put a piece of pork and fry on all sides until Golden brown. Add half a Cup of water (or broth, if using) and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cut the cabbage. Put the pork in a deep baking dish with onions, bacon, juice, stewing, season with salt and pepper, add the quinces, garlic, cabbage.

Cover and simmer for about an hour in a preheated 200 * oven. If you need to add water.
