Mussels gratin
Simple and very tasty dish that will be a great addition to a festive buffet table. A great snack with wine or champagne.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    1 kg

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Pepper green

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

1. Mussels remove the beard and carefully rubbing them with a wire brush.

2. Place the mussels in a large pot, cover and cook (without adding water) on medium heat, occasionally shaking the pan, about 6-7 minutes, so the mussels open.

3. Pepper, onion, garlic and parsley finely chop.

4. Get the mussels from the pan, the remaining liquid, strain and boil down by half. All unopened mussels to throw away. Spread the prepared mussels on half shells in a refractory form.

5. Mix mayonnaise skip through the press garlic. Bread crumbs mixed with chopped parsley.

6. Add garlic Mayo in the liquid remaining from cooking the mussels. Stir.

7. Put in the clams with mussels, chopped onions and peppers. Pour mussels mayonnaise sauce. It is desirable that as much of the sauce left in the shells.

8. Sprinkle crumbs with herbs and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven under the grill for 3-4 minutes, until Golden brown.
