Tartare of herring with lingonberry sauce
Great appetizer - spicy and elegant. Offer two versions of its batch submission: in verrina (in a fashion) and "packages" of pita bread (at-rich). Try this explosion of flavor! The recipe on the food network motifs Elena Chekalova.

Ingredients

    100 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

    3 Tbsp

  • Pita

    3 piece

Ripe avocados, remove skin and mash with a fork. Immediately pour lemon juice. Mix with chopped dill and garlic.

Herring and onions cut into small cubes. Mix with chopped onions.

First layer is a mousse of avocado, then herring-Apple layer on top - incomplete teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

For the preparation of "packages" I used not too thin lavash (flat cakes with a diameter of 20 cm). Each loaf is cut in half, spread with cream and roll "basket".

To lay the workpiece on parchment and freeze (I used toothpicks). Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until it will turn brown.

For filing in pita bread stuffing mix better. Decorate top with cranberry sauce.
