Egg flan with white chocolate and pear in the microwave
Egg flan - a kind of dessert, which is home to Spain. Usually I cook flan on a steam bath in the oven, and I propose to prepare it using the microwave.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Water

    3 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    80 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

Cooking

Chocolate to break into pieces, pour in the milk.

Put in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. at full power (I have 1000 watts). Stir well so the chocolate is melted.

In a bowl to drive two eggs.

Beat with a mixer at low speed.

Pear wash, peel and cut into slices.

Into molds (I used a mug that you can use in microwave), pour one teaspoon of sugar.

Then in each add 1 tsp of water. Put in the microwave on full power (I have 1000 watts) for 2 minutes 30 seconds to get the caramel.

Connect the eggs with the milk-chocolate mixture, mix well. Pour the mixture into the moulds on top of the caramel, arrange the pear slices. To cook in the microwave 7 minutes at a power of 500 watts. Allow to cool, put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
