On a hot pan fry the meat, cut into pieces, until Golden brown. Add onion, saute 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and keep frying for a few minutes. Sauce, horseradish, chopped garlic, spices, salt add. Stir thoroughly and simmer over high heat until the liquid is reduced by 1/3. Cover, reduce heat and saute until almost cooked.
