Mackerel with potatoes
This fish - bliss! Just a lifesaver when you need to figure out tasty, fast and inexpensive... Mackerel melts in your mouth and in combination with potato side dish and is just awesome sauce... mmmm... I'd love to have you come to the light and tried! So you are welcome!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

The fish, remove the tail, head and guts, respectively. Cut into slices and pour the sauce Teriyaki. Salting additionally is not necessary. Set aside, and the time it takes the rest of the ingredients.

Grease it with mayonnaise (if Mayo is not love, it is possible with sour cream or skip this step). Sprinkle with garlic.

Spread the slices of marinated mackerel and pour the juice obtained after marinating.

Pour the sauce evenly

Sprinkle with grated cheese and put into the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees
