Carrots grate on a grater for making "Korean carrots".
Finely shred the cabbage.
Flax seeds heat a dry frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat.
For salad dressing to combine in a bowl the vegetable oil, French mustard, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
In a bowl, combine the carrots, cabbage, flax seeds, chopped small cubes of cheese, sprinkle the salad seasoning (try salt, we salt in the dressing and the cheese was enough, so adjust amount to your taste). Gently mix the salad and serve!
