In a separate bowl mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce "Kikkoman", balsamic vinegar, squeezed through the press garlic, add to taste - salt, pepper.
Vegetables cut into large rings. Then the cooked sauce to pour vegetables and mushrooms. Mix well.
Before frying the pan from the oven you need to cover with foil after brushing it with vegetable oil.
You can now put vegetables and mushrooms. Put in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
