Casserole of cauliflower
Very tender, flavorful and easy zapekanka. Not difficult to prepare, perfectly diversify your summer table.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 plug

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and boil in salted water 7 minutes after boil. Drain in a colander.
