That's the way I got a mutton ham.
Meat cut into medium size pieces, onion rings. Mix well with sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".
Add seasoning, mustard, lemon juice and vinegar. Again stir and leave to marinate. I have the meat marinated for 3 days in the "Waxey".
The barbecue was juicy, flavorful, with a pleasant acidity, overall very delicious! On the addition of tomato sauce and no one remembered!
