Simple and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

That's the way I got a mutton ham.

Meat cut into medium size pieces, onion rings. Mix well with sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".

Add seasoning, mustard, lemon juice and vinegar. Again stir and leave to marinate. I have the meat marinated for 3 days in the "Waxey".
