Cakes with apricot jam and meringue
Friends, I suggest you bake these delicious cakes. The recipe is pretty simple, but very tasty. I got the idea from Lena Latushkina.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Jam apricot

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Egg white

    4 piece

Cooking

RUB the eggs with sugar and vanilla into the white mass.

Add melted butter, sour cream.

Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder. Whisk until smooth. Put the dough in the baking dish. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.

While baking the cake, whip the whites with a mixer with sugar until stable peaks (about 10 minutes).

Cake gently remove from oven and immediately spread with jam.

Meringue put into a cooking bag and transplant in pie meringues. Put back in the oven for another 20 minutes. The finished cake to cool and cut into squares. Bon appetit!
