Cooking
Slice squash or zucchini into thin slices.
Saute the zucchini in a saucepan, adding a little water, until soft - a few minutes. For a change of pace.
Cut the bread cubes 1x1 see
Cheese cut into cubes slightly smaller than bread. The original recipe was cheese "brie". I took a firm Maasdam. I really liked it.
Slice the green onions, parsley and dill finely.
Beat the egg, milk, pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
Mix the solid ingredients and herbs.
