Cooking
Chocolate chopped quite coarsely, put in fridge to melt (or in the freezer). I was dark, but I think with milk or white milder it gets. Here the taste and availability of ingredients ;)
Nuts fry and chop coarsely.
Mix the butter at room temperature, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.
Add the bread crumbs (with the kind of bread you can also "play"), flour, oats, salt and baking powder. Knead the dough. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of rum (or any other liquid), the mass gathered into a ball and not crumble.
Now stir in the nuts and chocolate.
From the dough to form a block, wrap with foil and put into the fridge around 2 hours.
Chilled sausage to moisten in milk or egg, roll in sugar.
Cut into cookies with a thickness of 0.8-1 cm, spread on a baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes at 180˚C, flip and bake another 10 minutes at 160˚C.
Here are crispy, Golden cookies. Good mood!
