Salad with Korean daikon and seafood
Delicious, spicy salad for those who love Asian themes!

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    150 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Shrimp

    30 g

  • Mussels

    30 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Ginger

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

The carrots and daikon grate on "Korean" grater, add grated garlic, ginger, vinegar and remember with your hands, mix well

Heat the vegetable oil until a slight haze, sprinkle salad with red pepper, pour in the hot oil and stir, allow to cool completely in the fridge

Shrimp and mussels simmer in a pan with sugar and teriyaki sauce Kikkoman for about 2-3 minutes until they are covered with caramel, cool completely

Lay out salad on a dish, lay on top of the seafood. You can mix them with salad. Sprinkle with mustard seeds
