Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water, mash with a potato masher.

Onions and mushrooms cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add sour cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Carrots boil, peel. Carrots and ham cut into cubes.

Carrots, ham, mushrooms and onions to shift to the mashed potatoes. Add eggs, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Form of grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the prepared weight. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30 minutes.

The finished pies cool slightly and transfer to a dish. Cut into portions. Additionally, you can submit sour cream.
