Cooking
Green beans cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes, wash with cold water, drain in a colander.
Onion cut into cubes. Carrots cut into small strips. Pepper cut into cubes. Lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Fried vegetables add to the beans.
To prisolit, pepper, mix well.
Form for baking grease with butter, place in it the vegetables.
Eggs slightly prisolit and whip.
Vegetables pour the egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven until 175С 20min., watch your oven.
