Meatballs in Languedoc
I want to offer you a recipe of delicious and hearty meals. Meatballs can be eaten as a separate dish, but they are also perfect for rice and mashed potatoes. Recipe taken from the magazine "School of Gastronome".

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Chili

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

    500 ml

Mix the two types of minced garlic (to viyavit through a garlic press), fresh herbs (chopped), egg, salt and pepper. Knead thoroughly.

Of meat to form meatballs.

Roll in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides. Put in a bowl for further preparation.

Ham and tomato cut into small pieces. Onion peel and chop.

Combine together ham, tomatoes, onions, warm the broth and 1 tbsp flour. Mix well to the flour left lumps. And all of this is poured meatballs. Bring to the boil, cover and cook 30 minutes. After, add the olives and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Our meatballs are ready.

Served with rice, mashed potatoes or as a separate dish.
