Pumpkin-oat pancakes
Hearty pancakes, made with young zucchini and oatmeal. Besides these pancakes with filling.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

For cooking pancakes, I use oat flakes "Extra" TM Mistral. Oatmeal extra - a small whole-grain cereals, which are first cut and then taper, so they brewed for 3 minutes and get a gentle smooth. Therefore, the flakes pour boiling water and leave for 3 minutes.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the juice.

Add the zucchini to the oatmeal and stir.

Chop the spring onion finely and add to the zucchini. Mix well.

Add seasoning to vegetables and the taste the soy sauce.

Add the egg, stir.

Pour the flour and mix well. The consistency of normal pancakes. Flour may need less, it all depends on the juiciness of the zucchini.

Fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.

Ready pancakes cool slightly.

For the filling you will need 3 boiled eggs grate on a fine grater and combine with the crushed garlic.

Add chopped dill and stir. The stuffing is ready.

On one edge of the pancake put the stuffing and cover the second part. Pancakes are ready, they can bring to the table.
