Dumplings
Dumplings is a great dish. Quick, tasty and healthy. Great for the whole family for Breakfast or brunch (or dinner or lunch). For use I replace the wheat flour of oat, and they can be cooked in a double boiler.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oat flour

    80 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

Cheese is better to take not very wet, otherwise you'll need a lot of flour that spoils the taste. Spread the cream cheese in a bowl. Add eggs and sugar. With a fork mix. The flour can be bought ready-made or grind rolled oats (oatmeal) in a coffee grinder and sift. Added to the curd in the flour and stir until smooth. If necessary, add more flour.

Cook in lightly salted water until tender. Or in a double boiler. Serve the dumplings with butter and cinnamon. Or any other sauce, and even fruit.
