A La potato latkes
Latkes-Hanukkah dish. Something similar to hash Browns. Very tender and tasty dish. There are many options: I offer a potato and with the addition of beets. Ideal as an independent dish or side dish. Try it and you!!!

Shall we? First you need to choose potatoes. The best fit yellowish, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
