Ingredients - pumpkin, carrot, rice.
Pumpkin cut and cleared. The rice bags were boiled for 10 minutes.
Eggs whipped with sugar, added vanilla sugar and salt.
Grated vegetables, pumpkins and carrots were placed in a bowl. Put the rice. Poured the beaten eggs, melted butter, cream and milk.
The contents of the bowl are well mixed.
In the pan put the parchment paper, greased it and the sides of the pan with oil. (Pan 29 cm in diameter).
Transferred the vegetable mixture to the pan. And put in the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
It is soft, but holds its shape well, does not break and does not crumble.
Hot casserole eaten with honey.
Cold casserole is also very tasty, moderately sweet.
