Rice pancakes with liver stuffing

Ingredients

  • Rice paper

  • Liver pork

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Liver rinse, remove the membranes, cut into small pieces, and fry in vegetable oil until tender. As the liver is done, remove it from the pan to the plate.

In the remaining oil after frying the liver, fry onions, cut into small cubes.

Fried liver grind in a food processor or grinder.
