Moussaka in balkanski
By chance the other day in the store I caught the eye of Serbian white cheese, and I recalled a recipe that friend brought me from a holiday in Montenegro. Did with her words as she remembered, something that had to think out the most, so the authenticity of a recipe is not intended, but incredibly delicious and quite light, summery option. The taste of Serbian white cheese is more similar to Feta, but not on domestic cheese. So to replace the Serbian feta cheese is better to take the FET. Salt in a dish is not needed. Form I have the size printed A4 paper and a height of about 8 cm.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Eggplant

    500 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and boil until soft. Peel the onion, carrot, paprika.

Slice eggplant, drizzle with oil and put bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Then drizzle with oil and bake paprika.

Carrot RUB on a grater.

Onions cut into rings and mix with the minced meat. to the mince add favorite spices. If the stuffing is dry, you can add half a Cup of water.

Cheese mixed with yogurt and mix well until smooth. You can add crushed garlic.

Potatoes remove from heat, rinse with cold water, cut into rings. Form grease with oil and spread a layer of potatoes.

The potatoes thickly pour part of the sauce and spread a layer of tomatoes.

Again pour the sauce and spread a layer of baked eggplant. Top with minced onion.

Again lubricated sauce and spread roasted paprika.

Then a layer of raw carrots and remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with spices to vegetable dishes.

On top pour the remaining sauce and bake it in the oven for an hour at 160 degrees.
