Meatballs with buckwheat
Simple to prepare from available products, very tender and hearty meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Chicken fillet, apples (no need to peel), onions and buckwheat (boiled) grind using a blender. Add salt, pepper and mix well.

With wet hands roll into balls the size of slightly larger than a walnut. Put in the form greased with vegetable oil, and optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 190 C oven for 10-12 minutes or until tender.

These balls can be prepared in the steamer, fry in butter. Serve optionally with sour cream or tomato sauce.
