Coffee and chocolate jelly
Gentle, easy and quick to prepare jelly treat.

Ingredients

  • Marshmallows

    6 piece

  • Vanilla essence

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Cherry

    6 piece

  • Mint

In a small saucepan to heat ingredients: milk+water+sugar, until the sugar dissolves.

Add the broken chocolate.

Add vanilla essence and coffee.

Add the swollen gelatin and heated. Mix well and strain, this procedure is mandatory. In order to avoid splashes from the chocolate.

Pour into molds and send in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Heat in the microwave until the marshmallows monotonous mass. Spread on top of frozen jelly, decorate with a frozen cherry and mint leaves.
