Rice-citrus mousse
A very simple dessert for lovers of rice. I made this mousse in explanation of the Spanish recipe rice with milk (AROS con Leche). The chocolate was soft and creamy. Offer a prescription.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Orange

  • Lemon

  • Cinnamon

Milk you need to boil. To the rice add the sliced orange and lemon, cinnamon, pour the boiling milk and cook for 25 minutes.
