A very simple dessert for lovers of rice. I made this mousse in explanation of the Spanish recipe rice with milk (AROS con Leche). The chocolate was soft and creamy. Offer a prescription.

Cooking
So, collect products
Figure wash, put in pot and fill with cold water so that the water only covered him. Cook on medium heat until the liquid is evaporated.
Milk you need to boil. To the rice add the sliced orange and lemon, cinnamon, pour the boiling milk and cook for 25 minutes.
Just before serving, remove the rind of the fruit and cinnamon, fill with sugar.
Cooled the mixture a bit.
