Bright sun, blue sky, warm air - it inspires us all at ease in both body and soul. I want to create, to love, to dream and to put it all in the food. Thus was born the recipe is fresh salad with spicy dressing.

Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel and a peeler to cut long thin, narrow strips. I wrote in the ingredients 1/4 pumpkin, but it's about to cut more or less at will, and the rest of the zucchini to add to another dish. I just slices fried.
Fold the strips in a bowl and add soy sauce. Stir and leave for half an hour to marinate.
In a salad bowl chopped cabbage. The salad can be done in portions or in one big bowl. I did a La carte.
On top lay slices of tomato.
Green onions wash, dry, chop and sprinkle with tomatoes.
Top beautifully put ribbons of zucchini.
Prepare the dressing. Mac to heat in the pan for about a minute, stirring occasionally.
To shift Mac in a bowl, add Apple vinegar, honey and black pepper and whisk. Then add the olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Before serving the salad add salt to taste and pour over the dressing.
