Snack
Very unusual appetizer. The uniqueness lies in the fact that the legs of mushrooms, namely, quail eggs, pickled in a marinade with soy sauce. I think that this appetizer will decorate the Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 cup

  • Black tea

    1 cup

  • Ginger

    5 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Quail egg

    10 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Greens

1. Cook the eggs.

2. Pour 1 Cup of soy sauce.

3. Add the soy sauce certified black tea and bring to a boil.

4. Garlic finely chop and mix with ginger. This mixture added to our marinade.

5. The marinade pour in a Cup or in another bowl and add to the cooked, peeled eggs. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 1 night (I tried on day 5).

6. From the halves of cherry tomatoes make hats. The testicles cut off the bottom, i.e. make them more sustainable. Combine eggs with hats with a toothpick. The spots made with mayonnaise. Make a pot of chopped greens. That's the clearing has to happen.
