A hearty and delicious Breakfast dish on the holiday table. A good option for healthy menus and post.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Garnet

    1 handful

Cooking

Rinse and soak beans for 6 hours. Before cooking rinse again, cover with cold water and put on fire. When the water boils, reduce heat and cook until tender. Drain and let cool.

Fry the finely chopped onion. Connect the beans, onion, herbs, salt, spices and olive oil. Preroute with the help of a blender.

Put the pate in the ramekins and let cool. Before serving, garnish with pomegranate seeds. Bon appetit to you!
