Cooking
Boil cream, milk, sugar (20 grams) and vanilla.
Fresh berries to spread out in a bowl for baking.
In the milk-cream mixture add the eggs, mix well, strain through a sieve and pour into forms.
Put in oven preheated to 130 C, for 15-20 minutes. the Finished cake to cool, sprinkle with sugar and bake under the grill to form a crispy crust. Decorate the dish with fresh berries.
