    0.5 kg

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Meat cut into small cubes. Onions and carrots cut into half rings, garlic chop

In a bowl mix tomato paste, soy sauce and spices. Add water and mix well

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and put the meat, salt them a bit. Put the vegetables and send in a microwave for 10 min. with the lid closed. Power 800 watts.

10 minutes to get the meat, mix well. Add the dried tomatoes and pour in sauce. Send another 10 minutes in the microwave, cover is not necessary.
