Cold sauce grind in a blender. It can be stored in the refrigerator up to three days. It can also spin into hot sterilized jars and store for a long time. There is a more simple way of making this sauce. All the raw ingredients are ground in a blender, pour in a saucepan with butter and cook 10-15 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
Offer this sauce lush pancakes. In a container pour kefir, put the sour cream, sugar and heated to 35-37 degrees. Put the yeast. I prefer the "SAF-moment". Stir and set for 10 minutes in a warm place to activate the yeast.
