Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Cheese curd

    250 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

In warm milk add yeast, sugar, let rise.

Mix the flour, salt, vegetable oil, beaten egg whites.

Add the yeast mixture, knead the dough, let it rise twice.

Divide the dough into 8 balls, let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Melt the butter, allow to cool (to lukewarm). Each ball roll out, coat liberally with oil and fold in on each other.

Roll out the layer and cut out triangles.

Chocolate to melt, allow to cool, mix with cheese. Stacked on edge 1 tsp, turn and fold into shape.
