Lean walnut mayonnaise
Tasty, spicy mayonnaise with a pleasant hint of walnut To salads... it fits just perfectly. The advantage of this sauce in the fact that it can be consumed fasting and vegans.

Ingredients

  • Cashews

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

Cooking

Soak cashews in cold water overnight. Then drain the water.

To the nuts add salt, pepper, ginger, green onion and garlic.

Mix the sunflower oil, honey and white wine vinegar and add to the nuts.

Grind until smooth. (Photo intermediate stage.)

If necessary to achieve desired consistency, add water or soy milk. I added the milk in a quantity of 30 ml.
